The Alpha G-1600X pairs directly with electric over hydraulic-compatible brake controllers, including many built-in OEM systems. There’s no need for adapters or extra modules; just wire it using the included leads—black for 12 V power, blue for the controller signal, yellow for breakaway, and white for ground—and it’s ready to go.
Engineered as a higher-volume unit for long triple- or quad-axle trailers with disc brakes, this actuator meets DOT specifications and draws only 18–24 amps at full pressure on a 12 V DC circuit (minimum 30 amp).
